hi, i lost my husband 7 weeks ago, and sometimes i have troule with taking breaths,also i can feel my heart beating fast, i have a past of anxiety and took medication for 3 years and don't want to go down that road again. is it something that will pass or could it be something else, it only happens when i'm upset but this time it seems like it won't go away. it only happened about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks ago, it didn't happen right after his passing. please help
