as of yesterday, i had a turbinectomy/ deviated septum surgery performed. i understand aftermath symptoms will get worse before getting better. however, i usually can fall asleep very quickly, but i had such a hard time last night.
my mouth was unbelievably dry & it was very hard to breathe through my nose. i was prescribed to use rhinaris spray & gel & applicate every so often to keep moist. i've been doing just that. i'm also scared to blow my nose because i have very bad seasonal allergies & as of last night i slept with the AC on but woke up this morning sneezing. if anyone has had this surgery in the past & has some helpful tips, i greatly appreciate any & all knowledge shared. thank you in advance. -swollen nose in nj
