At the beginning of the month, I missed a white pill a few days AFTER I had sex. I didn't know I was supposed to take it with the pill for that day, besides the fact that I've been on it since August. So I threw that pill away and just took my pill for the day. Therefor, I ended up skipping a pill. A few days after that, I had sex again. Now I'm worried I could be pregnant, because it's now time for my period to start and today would be the first day. All that's come out so far is a light brown discharge, which apparently sometimes happens before you start your period. So I'm wondering, am I more likely to be pregnant (because my boyfriend did ejaculate inside of me BEFORE I missed the pill, but not after), or is it more likely that I'm just about to start my period and am a day off because I missed a pill completely? Please let me know!

Having sex befopre you missed a pill will not make you pregnant. You have messed things up a bit by missing a pill so your period is not regular. You should use a second form of birth control until you get things back on track with the new pack.
