Hi Kristy, my b/f has had this his entire life. He never knew what it was and kids at school made fun of him when he was younger. I went on the internet and did research to find out what exactly it is. I believe it has to be harder on us woman. I notice it is more noticeable on him at certain times and when he eats certain foods. He is now taking activated charcoal 250mg, 3xday, chlorophy- 100 mg 2-3times a day and b2, 100 mg twice a day. Vitamins can be expensive, but we shopped wholesale. Also , on amazon.com everything is really cheap. I try and help him stay away from beef and eggs. Its not easy, but its so hard because its such a stigma social debilitating disease. Please write me if you have any good ideas for us to try or if you just need to talk. Thanks for reaching out.
