My shot is Novarel right in my rear. I had my RE draw a circle on my butt so my husband would know where the needle should go. I was told to invert my feet and lean over a dresser. Sounds kinky, haha, but I was wondering if anyone has any other tips/advice/suggestions?!?!?!?!
