Can taking pills before and aftre meals - such as procatol fat binder and dietrine carb blocker - trigger a gallstone attack?

It is more likely that the fat in the meal, itself, is causing your gallbladder symptoms. (Fat in the food we eat causes a hormonal reaction that stimulates the gallbladder to contract against the hard gallstones.)
