Hi everyone, recently (12/13/08 ) I went to an urologist for and Hpv treatment, I don't have any warts or something, instead i have some kind band in my penis that sometimes gets kind of dry and some very tiny vertical cuts appear, the urologist told me that it was hpv, after testing me with some acid. The treatment she gave me was "trichloroacetic acid 70%" and the some petroleum jelly to prevent damages to surrounding areas, she told me to wash it with water one hour after the acid application. I did as she told me not even a second later, however as the days goes by some brown skin appear where she put the acid on my penis, even with more day the skin begin to peel of leaving some open wound that looks like a burn.

I had been washing it with hypoallergenic soap, and using an antibiotic cream with Bacitracin and a regenerative cream with some "triticum vulgare watery extract"(phytostimuline). My REAL PROBLEM IS now the wound is getting smaller but is has created some kind of ring around my penis and it makes VERY painful to retract my foreskin on a full erection, almost impossible, therefore i can't have intercourse or masturbate me because of the pain.

My biggest fear is that when the wound finally heals the ring will remain there, I'm not even sure if i should go back to the urologist for the final session of "trichloroacetic acid " and I wonder if my penis will ever get to be OK without the need of Circumcision or any other surgical measure. Please any help will be totally welcome I'm really scared and desperate about this.
P.D. I'm sorry for any syntax or orthographic mistake, english is not my first language.I'm from venezuela, I wasn't able to find a universal commercial name for the cream with "triticum vulgare watery extract"
