Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Trinessa is a combination birth control and if taken regularly helps in pregnancy prevention. If you have taken the pill regularly then chances of pregnancy are very rare.Irregular periods is a common side effect of its use and even it can stop in some woman. It seems you are experiencing this.
If the periods do not start even after a week consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
