tremors when asleep that wake me up?

I have tremors when I am asleep that wake me up.sometimes they are mild sometimes severe. I have had blood tests,ct scans,they come back normal. I have seen a neurologist.he didnt do anything but rule out a neck or spine injury. I have taken the same meds for a long time.I do have depression and anxiety. I dread going to sleep for these tremors. can anyone help?or anything.I get them on the torso fo my body but also have had them on my face.I get up and move around a few steps and they are gone.
