Given the your symptoms, the azoospermia is probably not due to an obstruction in the genital ducts. The laboratory results are within reference range. The reduced number of spermatocytes might be due to decreased production, but presence of autoimmune antisperm antibodies have to be taken into consideration, also. A simple, direct analysis of a man’s sperm can determine whether or not antibodies are present. If present, adequate treatment can be recommended.
However, you might want to consult with a urologist about assisted reproductive techniques such as: Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE) combined with Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
