i am 26 yrs old and have been suffering with both external and internal hemorroid since last 10 month. at the beginning it was very small but now it has grown to the size of a green pea. i have been drinking a lot of water and also doing exercise but still there is no improvement; sometimes the pain is very extreme. what treatment options do i have? i have consulted 3-family doctors so far and all of them advice me to use anal suppositories, preparation-H cream and wipes. Honestly, these are not helping me.
