Q: treatment of infertility and wet dreams

Dear doctor,

I am from saudia arabia, iam just married one year back. I dont have any childern.
i tested my semen anylis it showed inferitility in semen. i aslo have 6 times in month night discharge becasue of wet dreams. As in saudia i cannot get medicines form outside coutnries. Tell me name of any common medicines which i can buy from stores for increasing feritily in semen and stop night discharge becasue of masterbate before marriage.

I will be thankfull

Kindly give me name of medicines and how i have to take for feritily and night discharge.
