Can anyone tell me what over the counter medicine would be good for a kidney transplant recipeint to take for pain or swelling from a muscle sprain due to exercising? I know that advil, alleve, and ibuprofen are not good options.

Thanks.

You need to ask your doctor about this. Just call the office and ask what you can take. You shouldn't even have to go in.

Don't trust anyone but a doctor to tell you what to take or do when you have something as important as a kidney transplant.
