I need to know what is the treatment for pain in the lower right abodomen. It is not the appendex that is causing it cause my appendex has been removed ages ago. The pain is sometimes dull or chronic..it really depends, there are better days though. I had an aortic procedure two years ago. Please help me what medicine to take for the pain. Thank you and more power!

I understand your need for pain relief, but is more important for you to find out the cause for your right lower abdominal pain.
Treating the condition will most likely ease/resolve your pain.
The lower right abdominal pain can result from constipation, inflammatory intestinal disease, IBS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, inflamed ovarian tubes, diverticulitis, sickle cell disease.

Best wishes!
