Hi there,

I have v bad acne which has only been helped in the past by the pill. I have autoimmune thyroiditis and suspected PCOS. Are there any treatments I can take that are safe while trying to conceive?

Skin treatments, diet changes and antibiotics have not helped in the past.

Thanks,

C

Vitex. It takes a while for your hormones to get back to normal after the pill. Vitex is hormone balancing. It gets raves on the internet and in other forums for women who are having hormone imbalance. It also increases your sex drive Wink
