Your question involves the spinal stenosis and posterior disc bulging that showed up on your MRI.

If you are having a lot of pain and numbness, that generally means that the disc has created quite a bit of compression. Numbness and tingling are symptoms that should be taken seriously, as disc bulging and stenosis, if left untreated, could get worse and create significantly more pain.

Since you are a truck driver, your profession requires you to not only sit, but deal with much more spinal loading than regular sitting, and thus may be an additional consideration in your treatment.
