About a week ago, I was diagnosed with Chlamydia and took a 1 gram dose of Zithromax to treat it. A few days later I started noticing chunky white discharge which I assume to be a yeast infection resulting from the antibiotic treatment. I'm just wondering if it would be okay for me to treat the infection with over the counter medication at this point.
