Current medical status: I have red bumps all over my body, but are mainly on my stomach, back and hands. They are not itchy or anything. I've had them for about 6 days now and the bigger red bumps are starting to bubble out or blister.
Current medical treatment: I tried taking benadryl to see if it was an allergy but it did nothing.

It is very hard to diagnose a skin condition without actually seeing it, doing a proper physical examination and additional tests. However, according to the symptoms you report (red papules mainly on stomach, back and hands, starting to turn to vesicles), they might be a result of an infection (bacterial: staph, strep,…; viral: chickenpox,…; fungal: ringworm,…), allergy to food or contact dermatitis, of autoimmune origin, etc. Since this lasts for a week, you might want to check it with your doctor, who will run skin tests and prescribe adequate treatment, related to the cause. Meanwhile, you might try an over-the-counter cream (combination of corticosteroid and local antibiotic), applied only on areas with the skin changes.
