I have bumps on my face that are quite large and dermatologists that I have consulted said that they are caused by over active sabaceous glands. They are visible under the light and I'm very conscious about it as I used to have perfect skin. Some friends even remarked that they look like mosquito bites. I was advised that the only treatment is to surgically removed the sebaceaous gland but I'm very afraid of the risk of scarring. Could you please recommend alternative treatment i.e creams to apply or other non evasive treatment. Thanks and looking forward to your reply.
