It is hard to say what the bumps are without seeing them. Assuming that the condition is ringworm, certain advice can be given. Hygiene is most important. Using a clean towel or disposable paper handkerchiefs is recommended. The hands should be dry. Using even a hair dryer to dry the hands is allowed. Antifungal cream might be needed, if ringworm is the correct diagnosis. Treatment of fungal infections usually lasts long and a lot of patience is needed. If possible, changing the antifungal creams every 2-3 weeks might shorten the time needed for the treatment.
