Q: Treating reoccuring infection

i am 21 i have had a reoccuring yeast infection for almost a year now. i think i got from antibiotics used to treat a chest infection. i tried diflucan and a cream, i used garlic tea, yogurt, etc but notthing worked how can get rid of it forever.
