Q: Treating heat-source allergies

my 4 year old son has been having bad rash( look like stinging netle rash)
my doctor sent him for a blood test thinking it was a food allergy but all that come back with no further action he also said that the urticaria can also be caused by heat.
in my home i have storage heaters they just give out dry heat could my sons condition have anything to do with the storage heaters

Diagnosis that has been suggested: nothing for urticaric and we have double basefoe ezthma and a pump for the asthma
Current medical status: my son has been tested for food allages but they have all come back (no further action
Current medical treatment: nothing for urticaria

The heaters might radiate enough heat to cause an inflammatory chain reaction that might look like urticaria. If this is the case, keeping your son less exposed to any source of heat would be recommended.


However, have in mind that only food allergens were tested, and there many other allergens that might have caused the urticaria. You might want to test your son for other allergens, as well. The only way to stop an allergy is to discover the exact allergen and to remove it from the surroundings.
