Treating face cysts ?

Hi i get these face cysts once in a while, but this past year i received 3. omg these are so annoying since u cant pop them easily. Well it has left small bumps on my face and its so annoying, is there i can get rid of them? i've read that tea tree oil can get rid of them, so i bought me a bottle of it. how do i apply it? what i am doing now is applying it on a cotton and cleaning it on my face, is this correct? well is there another way to get rid of them? about 4 years ago, i had one on my nose and now its still there, i would really love it if i could get rid of them for good.. ughh... help please. and if i want to get it lanced out at the doctor, do i go to a hospital to get that done? or just a clinic doctor? and how does that work? help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks.
