I think I may have developed a cerebral alergy caused by caffine how to I treat? I have tried to stop my intake only to experience migrains. Do I have to just wait out the withdrawals?

Maybe taper off?
Have you tried tapering off your dosage? If the allergy isn't so severe that you have to stop totally right away, cut back to half what you usually have for a couple of days, then half of that, and so on. You might still get headaches, but they shouldn't be as severe.
