Referring to the data you provided (pimple on inner vagina lip), you might be experiencing Bartholin’s cyst. Bartholin’s cyst is formed when the canal of Bartholin’s gland is clogged and the products from the gland cannot be expelled. Therefore, they tend to stretch the canal, thus forming a cyst.

The cyst might turn into an abscess if bacterial infection is present, too. In both cases (cyst or abscess), surgical incision has to be made to open the canal and to drain its content. Pus might be released in the case of Bartholin’s abscess. What you might find annoying is the fact that the clogging of the canal might be repeated, thus causing you to go through the whole process all over again.

Unfortunately, once the cyst or the abscess appears there is no other medically approved method for solving the problem. Marsupialization is a surgical method where the canal is left open to continuously drain, thus preventing repetitive cysts or at least reducing their frequency. You might want to visit your gynecologist or a surgeon for the incision or whether marsupialization might be beneficial for you.
