It is very hard to tell exactly what this movable lump is, without a physical examination. It might be a reactive lymph node from a pathological process in near areas, or a stuck canal of a skin gland, or connective tissue under the skin. Should your child develop a high body temperature, report directly to a doctor. If this lump persists for a few more weeks, you might want to check it with a pediatrician.
