Q: Treating an injury of the penis

i had a cut on my penis with a zip while i was removing my pant, kindly advise what medication i have to take to heal immediately.

If there was no bleeding or it has already stopped, then the treatment of the wound is the same as anywhere on the skin. A local antiseptic (for example: betadine) for several days covered with sterile gauze would be sufficient. Please wait for several days until masturbating or having intercourse.
