Cold, Flu and Viral Infections Answer A5009
It doesn’t seem likely to me that kissing a girl or drinking alcohol could cause this throat affliction. Because your throat condition is going on for more than a year you can request a microbiological examination of the nose and throat. Microbiological examination would reveal if there is any bacterial infection.
