Q: Treating a perforated hymen

Ok my girlfriend and i were having sex and i was fingering her and i broke her hymen a while ago but she started bleeding a lot. The blood is red not like when your on your period oh and she just got off her period and im not sure of what to do please help ~megan

The bleeding from a perforated hymen should stop by itself. In rare cases when the bleeding does not stop, sutures of the wound by a gynecologist can be done. The lack of the blood might cause dizziness within the next few days. In that case, staying in bed would be most recommended.
