Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You should consider getting the vaginal swab/smear test done along with culture sensitivity test to identify the causative agent and the most effective medication to eradicate it. Get your partner also treated simultaneously. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid tight fitting clothes. Avoid having unprotected intercourse while both of you are on treatment course.
Take care.
