Q: Travelling tips

Okay since I've just got back from a family vacation there are some health tips that I want to share with everyone, first get enough rest, drink plenty of water and make sure check your health with the doctor, health screen and physical fit is number one priority as I collapsed at the boarding gate when I ran about 2kms (the gate was changed and we did realized that until half an hour before boarding) so you have any health tip or travelling tips that you want to share?

Vitamins are wonderful. I took them for a week before I traveled and I couldn't have been more energetic (I don't take them regularly). Lots of water helps as well, as you stated. And make sure your carry on bag isn't too heavy!!

and if there is a boat in the near future in your vacation... DRAMAMINE! If you've never been on a boat, TAKE IT! Motion sickness is the last thing you want on a relaxing vacation.

Boat rides so far I'm still okay with it I've taken boat ride about between 1 hour to nearly 3 hours in small boat to some rural place like the National Park and islands thanks for the thought Lily Ivy

also ginger helps with motion sickness
