how ca i be sure if i have a trapped condom inside

Unless you mean in your anus, the condom can not go anywhere. The vagina is a closed tube. Stick your fingers in there and find out yourself! Better still, ask the owner of the condom to stick his fingers in there and find out.

If you do not want to do this, visit a health care provider as soon as possible.
