I just found out from my gf that she has the Human Papilloma Virus and I want to know if I have it. She also told me one of her ex's got warts out of it...

I have not entered her vagina with my penis, however I have fingered and licked her vagina. She has also sucked my penis. We also french kiss a lot.

I am fairly fit as I exercise 3-4 times a week, eat healthy (with meat) and cook my own meals (no processed or fast foods). What chances do I have of having been transmitted the virus? And if there are traces how soon would I notice before anything develops?

As I know there were no open cuts between us when we were sexually involved but I think a small cut developed in my inside lip yesterday from her teeth (I was informed about her virus after our romantic weekend...). Nothing seems out of the normal, but I feel concerned.
