I am new to hormone replacement therapy and have been known to forget taking presciprions, vitamines etc. and was wondering if anyone used a calendar or another tool to help track their hormone dosing? I am thinking about purchasing one from hrtcalendar but want to know if this will help or not? Can you give me ideas on how to manage my doses?

Thanks!

Hi !! My grandmother has like a "Tupperware" divided in 30spaces, each one with a number(1,2,3), at the beginning of each month she(with the help of my mom) puts the needed drugs into the space for each day. I do not remember the reason but she is using an hormone replacement therapy (I think its to treat some Uterus problems, but not sure). In her case this has helped a lot, helping her remembering when to take each pill (She uses different pills and drugs, for diabetes and kidney problems). Also I've seen some special boxes that came with everyday of the week, but do not know how useful they are.
