Q: touching after semen?

one day my boyfriend & i were making out. then it lead to me giving him a hand job. i drove home after that (10 mins to my house) & i went to the bathroom. I forgot to wash my hands before i went to pee. i never directly touch his semen though. my hands were never wet w/ his semen. could i have gotten some semen on the tissue paper & wiped myself with it? could i be pregnant? do sperm live that long outside the body!

please help! i'm freakin out.
