Because of serious should problems, I have had 3 total shoulder replacements rather close together. After the last surgery, August, 2008 I am still having problems. The pain is worse and I wish I never had any of the operations. I thought each time that it would get better. I have all the faith in my doctor's but now the pain in my cervical area is worse. Can this be from the never blocks that I have had?

All the p/t and pain meds in the world can not help. Several other doctor's have said that maybe my body is rejecting the implants? I can not seem to find anything out there about the ongoing problems. I have little range of motion in my shoulder. Is anyone going though the same problems?

I have never heard of this happening, but have heard of rejection in the body of implants...Wearing out body parts is something we don't think of when we are young...If we only knew then what we know now, we would have done things different...At least I would have...

Good luck,
Caroline
