A friend of mine was raped and her uterus was torn is that possible if it is a vicious attack?

Welcome to ehealthforum.
Sorry to hear about what your friend underwent. Injury to outer vulva, vagina, uterus and cervix are a possibility if the intercourse was forceful and rough. The extent and severity of injury depends on the force used. The injuries need immediate attention and repair to avoid life threatening complications. Hope she has recovered from her injuries.
