I can't tell if I pulled or have torn an stomach muscle. I have very little discomfort. usually when training, but the upper right abdominal muscle seems to not respond when I flex my abdominal muscles. It looks like I do not have that muscle a 5 pack instead of 6 and freaks me out. I really don't feel any pain at all except when I do cruches or any other ab workout.

Thanks for using this forum...

Sometimes due to vigorous workouts you injure the nerve or the muscle which can lead to above feeling, but usually the sensations return after some time..i would advice you to get it examined by a physician and relax....

take care,,,,
