I have a completely torn lower trapezius and I want to know what my options are. It's only been torn for a year and a half and I already have a 6 degree scoliosis as a result. My doctor thinks there is a "mass" in my middle trap (along medial border of scapula and parallel to spine). I believe the mass is the balled up belly of my lower trapezius muscle. He doesn't believe that my trap is torn but I disagree and so does my M.A.T. therapist (she works on muscles for a living). If anyone can give me any use full advice I would greatly appreciate it.
