My Frenulum broke during a rather rough session 2 days ago. It is only a small tear, roughly 2.5mm diameter at the attachment to the foreskin. I'm currently cleaning it very regularly and using antiseptic cream. I was curious as to if there is anything else i can do to promote healing and whether or not this is indication of a Frenulum bereve? Please could I get some advice as soon as possible. Also how long will it take for it to fully heal?
