Q: torn calf muscle

I tore my claf mussel a week ago and it is still very painful - my leg has gone yellow and my foot purple/red - I did not go to hospital or doctors - what are the implications / outcome?

hello and welcome. im a supporter and the advise i am giving is go and get it checked medically. The skin discolouration you describe and foot colour would make me think there is a circulation problem. YOu may have tore more than the calf muscle. good luck and let us know how you got on?
