torch test- RUBELLA IGg is 2.48 and IGM is 0.48

hi,
We planned the baby but at 8th week baby's heart beat gone. then i gone for TORCH TEST. at that time IGg Rubella was 4.22 and IGM was 0.48 and cytomegalovirus was IGg 4.52a and IGM was 0.55 doctor suggest me to wait for next six month then again gone for torch test this time RUBELLA IGg is 2.48 and IGM is 0.48 and cytomegalovirus IGg is 4.84 and IGM is 0.55 so, suggest me can we plan for pregnancy now?
