I need to know some answers about my mom. She has pains from the top of her right arm near her neck to the tips of her fingers. My father and i need to know some answers. She can't move her arm like lift it up all the way to touch her head. The pain sometimes come and goes but this time the pain just get worse. Her arm is very swollen and her skin feels very tight. Her shoulder hurt even with the slightest touch from another. Please if you have any answers contact me. All these symptoms have me and my family very worried.
