Here is my weeky routine:
Monday - 10-15min Cardio then Chest/triceps
Tuesday - 10-15min cardio then Back/shoulders
Weds - 20min cardio then Arms
Thursday - 20 min cardio then Legs
Friday - Off
Saturday - All Cardio
Sunday - Off
This is basically my routine each week. As an example when I bench I start out with 10 reps of 185, then 10 reps of 205, then 10 reps of 225, then as many as I can do at 245 which is usually 5. Is my routine and weight lifting the correct way? I'm not trying to bulk-up completely but would like to be more toned with a little bulk.
