Q: Some Excercise Advice

Here is my weeky routine:

Monday - 10-15min Cardio then Chest/triceps
Tuesday - 10-15min cardio then Back/shoulders
Weds - 20min cardio then Arms
Thursday - 20 min cardio then Legs
Friday - Off
Saturday - All Cardio
Sunday - Off

This is basically my routine each week. As an example when I bench I start out with 10 reps of 185, then 10 reps of 205, then 10 reps of 225, then as many as I can do at 245 which is usually 5. Is my routine and weight lifting the correct way? I'm not trying to bulk-up completely but would like to be more toned with a little bulk.

If you want less bulk and more tone, then decrease the amount of weight you lift and increase the reps. As for the cardio-I would reccommend about 30-60 minutes of that each time. Maybe do one day of weight lifting and the next of cardio? Also, try varying the type of cardio you are doing (biking, running, swimming, etc) so you are using different muscle groups. Yoga and pilates once per week could help you stretch out and provide more toning.
