"Current medical status: I have continuous pain under upper right rib which follows through to my back in the same spot. The pain moves down to lower right into belly bottun area and into right thigh. Pain comes on stronger for 4 or five days then dulls and then comes back strong again. I am finding it hard to sit down properly because of back pain. Just noticed recently that back and under right rib feel warm/hot. Horrible taste in mouth and nausea. this has been going on for 5 years, getting increasingly worse. I have been in and out of ER and they keep doing same tests over and over but not finding anything. I don't know what to do, I am getting depressed from it and vvery tired too. appetite is same but it's uncomfortable to eat becuase of pain. Also I have urinal tract infections every month."

If the pain you describe is happening every month during menstruation, it could be due to extra genital endometriosis. Such type of endometriosis (extra-genital) can be proven only via laparoscopy and biopsy. Laparoscopy is the only diagnostic procedure that remains in cases when all the other diagnostic procedures show nothing.

Regarding frequent urinary tract infections, you can request a microbiological examination of the urine to identify the provoker and to start taking an appropriate antibiotic.
