I have been recently reading a lot on eating disorders and the information given on binge eating, or compusive overeating, descibes me to a T. I have no idea how to go about finding out if I do or not and if I do, I have no idea how to go about getting treatment.

Hi, welcome here! Well, you can meet and talk with a professional like a doctor to see what he/she says. But what do you think you may have and why? Cheers.
