I believe I am suffering from depression, and one thing i've noticed recently is that I have lethargy. I feel tired all day and I when I'm out I can't really stand up for long without starting to feel nauseated and the need to sit down. That's the part that concerns me the most. It almost feels like an anxiety attack when I'm standing up for too long. Is this lethargy and should I see a doctor? I know it could be caused by depression. thanks
