I have been advised by a consultant at the Hospital to have steriod Injections to reduce inflation around the lower spine. I had one of my discs removed last year from my lower back, the MRI scan revealed that although better, I'm still not out of the woods. Would these injections help with the bad limp that I've got due to some nerve damage. I want to be able to go back into the Gym and get on with my life, Laughing however, as my right foot is tilting to the right, and not straight, it hinders my excersise. Can any doctor or person that has had the same as me reply to these questions, my consultant seemed vauge in his answers when I asked him..... Crying or Very sad
