stress do to a baby during the course of a pregnancy?

i've got a lot on my plate right now & i feel like i'm stressing out twenty-four-seven. as hard as i try to relax, i'm finding it nearly impossible.

any tips, girls?

brief overview:
i'm moving to another state, eight hours away, in less than two weeks. i still need to get my medical care switched over & my paperwork transferred. my father passed away in february, and his memorial for the family will be held in four weeks. that's in another state, too. my friend's bridal shower is in three weeks, her wedding in six weeks. i have another fetal echo in ten weeks. and my due date is in less than sixteen weeks. oh, and on top of this all, i'm supposed to let my friends & family know when i want my baby shower held, since i'd have to come all the way back down to my home state. ugh!

please, a little help or advice, some reassurance that my baby will be alright despite the stress load - just anything to calm my frazzled nerves. i'm a total wreck.

Your baby will be fine. Smile Everyone deals with stress. In fact, pregnancy is a very stressful time in a woman's life - no pregnant woman is immune to it.

Good luck with your move!
