I am having a really bad week everything seems to be going wrong.
why me, why me nothing seems to be going right.

I am on some new antidepressant tablets and I have been on them nearly three weeks, the doctor told me that it would take some time before they work.
The only thing is that my depression has got worse since taking these tablets but the doctor said it would but it would get better after 4 - 6 weeks.

One minute I feel okay and the next minute I want to scream, cry or feel so depressed and sucidial but I know it the tablets.

I just need some one to understand what I am going through.

Please please help.

DITCH THE TABLETS !!!! I went thru hell and back on them, the thing is, once you've gotten your head around things, and you no longer need them, you find yourself just taking one when you're up against it..... look deep into yourself, everything looks better on a sunny day ... I used to hide under a duvet and cry all morning over nothing, I didn't know why either, which was the worst, the not knowing WHY !! Mad You need a good friend to talk to, can you relate to a good buddy that you can have the odd beer and a chat to, or a close relative, or even the cat, Laughing it's the getting it all off your chest - it will make it better to share what may be making you depressed halved !! Try not to drink too much either, this will just add to the depression, try eating plenty of fruit, and stay positive, try laughing at difficult situations, it will look small after a good giggle. I'm now 3 years non-depressive, however, I still have the odd tear, but I laugh at myself for it now....... I hope some of what I've said helps, try and put a new face on things....... Loads of Hugs to you ...
